All shipments will be mailed from Italy, with an expected transit time of two to six weeks pending customs and destination. Having successfully sent thousands of parcels worldwide, and since international tracked shipping can be much more expensive than the dice you are getting, shipments will be untracked unless agreed beforehand.
Shipping fees are based on weight, and are usually under €10 for Europe and USA (ranging from €5 for the smallest packages, to €20 for heavy ones).

As promised, the factory will be shipping our dice next week. They should get here by the end of the month, and the sorting and packaging process will begin immediately. Anything that was already available has been put aside and prepackaged for shipping, and the invoices for export are ready as well. At the end of the next month (probably sooner) when your shipment is ready, BackerKit will send you an e-mail asking to confirm your address in 48 hours; anyway if you need to, you can already change it.
I know, you can't wait... so here we have a new snapshot from the factory!

In about two weeks the manufacturing will be completed! And we have another picture:

The factory confirms they should complete manufacturing in the upcoming weeks, and sent us a picture! It's a quick mobile phone snapshot of a few dice from the production line:
Countdown d10/d100, glow-in-the-dark Blue Moon d12, and two Cheese Moons!
Of course you will see better ones as soon as the shipment arrives. This could take a bit longer than in the past given the current situation, but the couriers are still working. Fingers crossed!

This design was to be included in the Apollo collection, but it would have been very difficult to manufacture. You can now have one by printing & folding this model. No glue required!

Q-workshop confirms they plan to complete the dice as scheduled, in mid April, although some delays might occur with delivery: right now Poland has imposed a two weeks ban on postal services.
The dice of course will be sent using a courier and there is still enough time for things to change for the better, so we can say everything is still on track.
The situation in Sardinia (Italy) where we are based is apparently under control. Only 75 instances of Coronavirus where reported all over the island, and only goods are now allowed in. People are following the required restrictions to avoid further infections, and only grocery stores and pharmacies are authorized to open until March 25th. Further limitations to social contact will be in place until April 3d, so the situation should be back to normal when the dice arrive.
Please take extra care even if in your country you were not formally asked to limit your exposure to the virus. The risk is real, and nobody could imagine all this happening in Italy. Stay safe 🙂
